It was an improvement over the Panzerbüchse-38 (PzB 38), mainly in it's operating system and overall handeling. The Panzerbüchse-39 (PzB 39) was a German anti-tank rifle used in the second world war, mainly during the invasion of Poland. The Panzerbüchse-39 is a German Anti-Tank rifle that fires the very unusual 7.92x94mm cartridge which uses a large gunpowder charge to shoot a small bullet at extremely high velocity capable of punching through lightly armored vehicles.
